CANCELLATION POLICY
At Spa NV, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we enforce the following policies: Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hour’s prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. This ensures fairness to both our clients and staff. Same-Day Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your appointment on the same day of your scheduled service, a 20% rescheduling fee will apply.
